application is design to help user to manage their projects. These projects
include the following.

2. Benefits
ü Optimal
decision:
Track on which project to continue or stop or to repeat after completion. Base on proper note generated from the app
showing you in Payment and at the end or at any point of executing the project.
ü Export and import: A good report of the process
to external use (excel, plane txt and csv file). Easily report to an investor.
ü Payment: Detail
payment for a
day, a week, and a month.
ü Status: This
will show current
input, target input and the remaining input or exceeded input
ü Statistics: Navigate between current profit
and target profit. While including or excluding used product, sold
product, wasted product, product (current or target product) and tools.
ü Restore points. This
will be a point user will restore his data point date created.
2.1 Activities include
Create a project and do the
following in a project: buy item, sell item, remove waste, view
products/targets, increase price of item, edit target, export/import projects,
export to excel, text and csv.
Backup project as projapp file, create/restore at a point, view all project, optional register.
3. Subscriptions
Several options for
subscriptions will be available for you. Like for three, four, six and a year.
This app will generally have no ads app for you, if and only if you subscribe to the app services. Subscription services include export, and import, backup database, unlimited number of projects.

3.1 Cancel a subscription on the
Google Play app
Uninstalling
the app will not cancel your subscription.

Click on Google play

Select the subscription you
want to cancel.

Tap Cancel subscription.
vi.
Follow the instructions.
If you have a subscription with an app and the app gets removed from Google Play, your future subscription will be cancelled. Your past subscriptions will not be refunded. For more
4. How to create a new project
i. Open the Proj App on your phone.
ii.
Click
the add button.
iii.
Select
category from popup dialogue or import old project
iv.
Type
detail { that is name expected cost, terminal date(the start time of the
project can change by toggle off button then selecting the time else let get
current time }
v.
Click
next to buy some things{see buy something section for more}
vi.
Click
next again to set targets
vii.
Click
next to finish to open the project.
Note: you can click finish on top
right once done with the first screen on line 4 above.
5. How to buy an item
Open a project and select buy items for the already created project. If a new project, line five on how to create a project is where you will buy something
i. Click the add button(plus)
ii. Select type{see type selection
section}
iii. Write the name of the item
iv. Type unit of measurement
v. Type its quantity
vi. Type price
vii.
Type
some note (if you wish to describe the transaction)

Click
submit to buy
ix.
If
the product selected you to be asked to set a target on the product (Check type
selection on next section).

i.
Select product: if the item to be bought will
be used in the project and it will produce a new product of the same kind
(maize seed will produce maize)
ii.
Select consumable: if the item to buy will be used
to finish or it is a service for the project
iii.
Select tool: if the item to buy will be used
in the project but will still be useful after the project.
7. How to sell an item
i. open the app click on projects
ii. Click on the desired project to open
iii. Click sell from the options menu on the top left-hand side
iv. Click add button
v. Select the product from the list
vi. type quantity
vii. reset prices if you wish
How to use and remove the waste of an item is the same as how to sell an item but on line 3 click use or waste

i. Click on available products
ii. Click the options menu on a product either to sell, use, remove waste, or increase its price
iii. To view all sold, used and wasted items; select the menu above as described in the section How to Sell an item line 3

9.1 How to create a recovery point
i.
Open Proj App
ii.
Click account
iii.
Click the options menu in the account.
iv.
Select restore points
v.
Click the add button to add a new one
vi.
Or click on any restore point to swap to it.
Note: if
you don’t like your restore point you can roll back by clicking must recent
restore point. Please don’t click on another restore point if are not sure
of the current one. You can create a new restore point before restoring to a
certain point.

1. What I am creating?
You are creating a record book for
your farm, storage or production.
2. What I am buying?
Here, the record of the money you just
spent will be recorded.
3. What type should I choose?
i. Select product: if the item to be bought
will be used in the project and it will produce a new product of the same kind
(maize seed will produce maize)
ii. Select consumable: if the item to buy will
be used to finish or it is a service for the project
iii. Select tool: if the item to buy will be used
in the project but will still be useful after the project.
4. Why I am setting a target
Set a target on a product you wish to harvest,
in other to determine your target profit.
5. How many targets can I set?
As many as products to be harvested. For
storage, any item to be sold is a target; which should be set when buying an
item.

What is a product?
A product is what is available or will be
available at a later time in-store, farm or shop. That current product and
target product. Every product has a current price and quantity. Again target
price and quantity.

Product in Basic
information page means
Here, the product is referred to as
the current product when the check box showing the current product only is
checked. If it is not checked, then it is all current product plus the remaining
target product.

(available/target) means?
All products produce, stored or
targeted on the project are all here.
9. Where can I add a new product?
If you buy the new product; go to the Buy item section then select type as a product.
If you are not buying the product directly go to the Products (available/target) section where you click on add set a
target on the product. The current price and quantity you add by using the options
menu on the product.
10. What is Buy item, Sell item,
Use, Item, waste Item?
You can buy an item and view all items
bought in Buy item.
You can sell a product and view all
sold items in Sell item.
You can use a product and view all
items used in Use item.
You can remove waste and view all
wasted product in Waste item.
11. Why should I subscribe?
To enable you to use unlimited
features during the subscription period. Features like adding a new project.,
importing and exporting project, etc.
12. Can I used it without a subscription?
Yes, you have free coins to use as a
new user. Upon finishing the coins, you need to subscribe or watch ads
13 Why should watch ads?
Watching ads will increase your coins.
To import, export and a new project
require coin if you don’t have an active subscription.

Privacy
All user data are collected and store on the device. The current version will use your google drive (if permitted by you) to save your backups. This is the only way for now that your data is moving out of your device.
Your data may be use for analyses in the near future. This data to be use will not expose the owner of the data for example instead of having Raphael as a name it will be change to 4hdg4dbbdb2 . In fact in real sense your data will not be exposed.
